Policies

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24-hour notice from your original appointment time. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of an appointment or no-call/no-show will be charged 100% of the service price.

 

Late Arrivals

I will always try to accommodate you if you’re running late, stuck in traffic, etc. If you know you’re going to be late, please call or send a  message to let me know so we can adjust accordingly. If you are able to make it in time so we have enough time for the entirety of your service, fantastic! If not, we may have to forgo certain parts of your service to keep it in the time frame I have booked just for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-call/no-show and you will need to reschedule and will be responsible for the entire cost of your service.

 

Consultations

During your consultation, we will discuss your hair history and goals for this appointment. It is the client's responsibility, to be honest and upfront about their hair history. Any issues caused by not disclaiming this information during the consultation are not the responsibility of Shannon Cornhoff Hair. Kindly note, pictures are a wonderful reference, but not every one's hair is the same. With this in mind, your hair may not always look exactly like your photo inspiration and it may take a couple of appointments to get you to your goal.

 

Client Satisfaction

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. If you are having challenges with your cut and/or color email me at shannon.cornhoff@gmail.com within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional cost. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind.
